ATTENTION! We do not provide electric current at the Jaracza street location. Due to the restricted number of places, only one crew from each media group will be allowed to the Jaracza street.

The broadcast signal for the TV will be provided at the Press Office.

Press office equipment:
• 3 displays | audio and video. Video SDI/HD, HDMI signal plus audio signal plug-ins (original Polish plus English translation).
• office desks with electric current and wireless internet (SSID: PRESSOFFICE | password: Press2015#)
• 120 headphones (Polish and English signal)
• multitasking office machine: photocopier, printer, scanner
• coffe/tea service

ATTENTION! Mind that due to the high number of persons working in the Press Office at once, there might be difficulties with the access to the wireless internet. Please, be prepared to use own GSM access. We do not provide the LAN cable service.

The photographers will have the ability to visit the Auditorium, for short time, when the organisers make it possible. But apart that, there will be no possibility of free moving between the Auditorium and the Press Office.
 


Only one other POOL Photo-opp is planned at the ECS. The editorial offices will be informed via phone about getting a single place there.

21.00 | Photo-opp at the Monument of the Fallen Shipyard Workers. Photo-opp will be opened for every media accredited to the events at the ECS. Entering the Monument photo-opp between 20.00–20.45.

There is no possibility to merge the ECS POOL Photo-opp with the Monument Photo-opp.

THE WESTERPLATTE BUS
For journalists accredited to the events on Westerplatte, there will be provided bus departure at 21.00, from the Doki and Gazownicza streets junction. The transport is forth and back.
